Why we built Eloqra
Live chat is one of the highest-leverage things you can add to a site — a visitor with a question is a sale waiting to happen. But the tools to do it are bloated: per-seat pricing, bots you have to train, a heavy help-desk suite, and one more inbox you have to remember to open.
So for most small teams and solo founders, the chat widget either never gets installed or quietly goes unanswered. The questions — and the customers — bounce.
Chat where you already are
Eloqra takes a different path. Instead of giving you another dashboard, it routes every visitor message to the Telegram you already check all day. You reply in Telegram, and your answer lands in the visitor's chat in real time.
There's nothing new to keep open and nothing new to learn. If you can reply to a message, you can run live chat.
Light by design
The widget is under ~5kb, loads after your page, and inherits your fonts and colors — no clunky iframe, no third-party badge, no Core Web Vitals hit. It installs with a single script tag and no backend, so an AI coding agent can add it for you in seconds.
We'd rather do one thing well than be a suite. Eloqra is live chat that answers from your phone — that's the whole product.
Built in the open
Eloqra is in active early access and free while we're in it — no credit card to start. We ship constantly; you can follow along on the changelog. When paid plans arrive they'll add things on top, not take away what you already use.
