1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Eloqra's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to access and use Eloqra's live chat services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper attribution
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Eloqra's platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
3. Service Description
Eloqra provides an embeddable live chat widget for your website, delivery of visitor messages to your connected Telegram account, and operator tools including a web dashboard and a Telegram Mini App. The service is currently free during early access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- The content of the replies you send to visitors and ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws
- Informing your website's visitors about the use of live chat where required by law
5. Content Ownership
Conversations between you and your website's visitors belong to you (subject to any rights retained by the visitors who authored their messages). You are responsible for how you use and share the contents of those conversations. Eloqra claims no ownership over the messages exchanged through your widget.
6. Pricing
Eloqra is free during the early-access period. When paid plans are introduced, anything you have set up will continue to work, and we will give existing users notice and time to choose a plan before any charges begin.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on Eloqra's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Eloqra makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall Eloqra or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Eloqra's services.
9. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Eloqra's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Eloqra does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. Eloqra may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
